I understand you may have not had the best childhood or upbringing. The past can bring back that memory and emotion. You must let go of the past and animosity you may have towards your parents. Some parents aren't really great at parenting. And they will never admit to the trauma they caused. So try not to bring it up. And trying to force an apology. Because you will just be the one hurt and upset. Your past may have shaped you. But you're not your past. Life is short. And should be focused on joyful thoughts. Instead of the negative ones. Reflections on the feel good memories should be meditated on. Hope your days are beautiful and full of happiness.
