 Mental Stability:

Mental illness is something. That affects millions of people. And is a topic that is widely misunderstood. Only to those who suffer from a said mental disorder. Mental Stability is important. Do what is best for your mental health. Don't bring yourself around things and people that will harm your mental health. You know how it's like now that you're digging yourself out of a dark hole in your life. Or if you're one who has made it out of the hole. Mental illness teaches you a lot about others and the interactions you may have in this world. But most importantly it teaches you a lot about yourself. And all you can and will endure. Take time to what I like to say, coddle yourself. Show yourself how grateful you are of yourself. How proud you are. How you're unique in your own way. Once you feel that way. Life will feel easier. Though you have the same challenges. You have built that self worth, with the experience to handle it. With mental stability. Don't take insults and others' views so personally. Keep your head up. Get a good thought process feel. And the trick is keeping it going. Trust me you can have peace and prosperity. If not that you'll have gratitude. Teaching you lessons.
