The Good Days

 The Good Days:

Through everything. Life is good. We have good days and bad days. But it's those ups and downs that make the good days so great. Good days bring strength, power and excitement. While bad days can bring sadness, anxiety and stress. And if you always complain about the bad days. It will make goods days turn bad. So try not to dwell on them. Take time to sit and reflect on your life. Analyze them greatly. And look for patterns in your behavior. And what makes them appear and be acted on. This will give you an idea on habits to keep. And which habits to weed out. Always remind yourself those good days will come. Eventually perfect moments always arise. And bad days always set and fade away. Life is grand. So make a stand,to having a better, more fulfilling and happy life. Take a look around to what you have. The food you're eating. The drinks you're drinking. Take it all in. Because millions on this planet don't have our luxurys. Being an optimist is a pro. If others say the glass is half empty, you say it's full. Trust me, there is more pleasure in being an optimist. Than any other form of mindsets. Think positive. Let peace and tranquility from thoughts of love, cover you with warmth.
