Think Twice

 We all sometimes don't think. I myself mess up sometimes. it's okay if you feel irritable; just don't react to feelings of anger. There are days when we all feel irritable and every little thing will set us off. When you get angry; especially with loved ones. You must show patience. They love you. And it does upset them when they hear hateful words towards them.

So when you get mad try to view them as feeling very sad. This snaps your empathy back in control. And will keep the angry thoughts in check. When you get angry another thing to do is to leave the area or situation; step outside or go to another room if you can

Also think twice about what's happening to you. Think why it bothers you so bad and will it matter in 5 years. It's not worth it most of the time. And walk away from altercations if you can't deescalate and talk down the situation.


Because you could get a case against you and spend time in jail or prison all because you let pride stand in the way. And fights can make you get scars that will never disappear. Like wounds you can't erase. So let peace love and understanding be in your thought process and train of thought.
